Iva Tavanxhiu is an accomplished professional with eight years of experience in the public sector, specializing in urban and space planning and project management.

She has played a key role in high-impact, community-driven initiatives that have shaped city development and improved urban spaces.

Currently, as a Project Manager at the Innovation Hubitat in Tirana, Iva is dedicated to fostering innovation, supporting startups, and helping new ideas grow into sustainable ventures.

She holds a MSc. in Urban Planning and Development from Polis University in Albania and a MSc. in Project Management from the University of Sussex in the UK.
