As a Senior Project Manager of Innovation Hubitat, she spearheads initiatives that build institutional capacity, foster public–private collaboration and drive sustainable innovation.

Helga also serves as a communications and storytelling trainer—helping startup founders build narrative clarity and effectively engage with investors, customers, and teams.

She holds an MSc in Project Management and Evaluation from the European University of Tirana, complemented by international certifications in public finance, inclusive markets, and EU funding.

She’s part of the 2025–2026 cohort UNITAR Master in International Leadership and Negotiation, and is a Chevening Western Balkans Cyber Security Fellow 2025 at Cranfield University.
